Brandon wanted to see how a carbon bike felt and learn how to build a DI2 bike....so he kinda went crazy. He got a Specialized Tarmac 10r Carbon frameset to build it up with a full Ultegra DI2 groupset. The Shimano DI2 is an electric drive train that gives you instant and accurate shifts.
Then of course he couldn't have a carbon bike without carbon wheels, so he got the Roval CL 50 wheels from Specialized and set them up with the new S-Works Turbo Rapidair tubeless tires. Since he had a carbon frame and aero wheels, he's gotta have an aero carbon cockpit. He chose the S-Works Aerofly carbon handlebar and Zipp SL Sprint Stem. Cranks are Shimano Ultegra with 165mm arms with a Specialized power meter in the left crank arm.
To finish it all off, he had some pink decals cut to make the Specialized logos pop, and put on some Supacaz fly cages and Specialized Roubaix Tape to make sure everything matched. All in all, this bike is crazy fast!
