One Man's Trash is Another Man's Shredder

One Man's Trash is Another Man's Shredder

When Will bought an old, beat up Rockhopper from the thrift store, most of us didn't have high hopes. It was the kind of thing that had been laying in a garage for 20 years. Unridable. Uncomfortable. But the paint job was its saving grace. Twenty-five years later and fuschia/pearlescent purple is right back in style.

A cheap 1X conversion, a new chromo fork and some killer Nitto handlebars and Will's got a really fun shred sled.

Will found this thing for $35. Pedals, chainring, bars and a new rear rim were all it took to get this Rockhopper looking and riding great. What a killer find! We especially love the Jandd Hurricane saddle bag.
